Caution & Awareness When Vaping
ALEX ZEIG
Like anything else,
there are things you should be aware of when you are vaping. Vapes and e cigs use electricity and nicotine so they must be handled with care in many ways. Vaping is also taboo still to a high majority of the population, and being aware of this will result in a better experience for someone who vapes in the long run.Â
E juice should be handled with care
Do you have pets or children around? It is incredibly important to take into consideration the fact that e juices cannot be consumed in its e liquid form, as they have a high nicotine concentration in liquid form. Most e juice caps are child proofed, but beware to not leave your bottle laying around for even a second, regardless, to ensure extra safety. Pets also tend to get into things, especially things that smell good. Please safely store your e juices out of the reach of those who can not and do not know what they are.

Battery safety
Going back to battery safety is always extremely crucial when it comes to safely vaping in general. Batteries are sensitive sources of energy that can be harmful if they are misused or abused. Be sure to store your batteries in room temperature and to charge them properly and synchronized if needed. Also, be sure that your fire button is not being pushed while it's being stored, and to not sit on your mod as it will cause it to heat up and potentially could cause a malfunction if it reaches a certain temperature.
Â
Be aware of your surroundings
Be sure to not forget that many people are uninformed when it comes to vaping and the science behind it. When in public, as a general rule of thumb, it is smart to stick to smoking rules. Some people feel offended or unsure when they have vaping around them, so it’s a common courtesy to keep these things in mind. Also, a person who is anxious about vaping could turn angry or violent. As a controversial hobby, we want to protect the world of vaping and let it prosper in the eyes of those who love it without upsetting or harming the general population and stirring up even more controversy.Â
