Didn't know if I'd care for the higher dose of nicotine, but I actually really like it. I had used the 8mg before this and it was very good as well. I could go either way. All and all a very good product.

Buyer beware - caused serious stomach issues

Be weary of these nicotine pouches as they contain Acesulfame Potassium sweetener which can cause serious issues with your gut biome in certain individuals.

I have never had such horrible stomach pain in my life, I thought something more serious such as a gallbladder attack or appendicitis was happening and actually considered going to the emergency room as I was in such agony.

If you search online for "nicotine pouch causing gut issues" you'll find plenty of posts from other people that have had the same stomach/gut problems.

That being said, the flavor was good and the 4mg nicotine was enjoyable, but it'd be nice to use these without feeling like someone punched me in the gut after swallowing a handful of razor blades.

Be careful. . .
