The newer 3.0 pods are awful compared to the older model 2.0. The 3.0 replacement pods have about half the lifespan of its predecessor. 1st 4 pack box were all defective too. Very disappointed.

The pods are excellent, very handy and easy to use and fill. It is perhaps unavoidable, but now and then, a pod leaks, starts up too hot, or just doesn't work. Fortunately, this is rare.
I never got my package. You failed to fill out the shipping label incorrectly by leaving out my PO box number. It's being returned to you right now. This is the second time this has happened with this "company. " I want a refund

VaporDNA sent me the wrong product. I've tried contacting them several times over the past 2 weeks and they don't respond except one time over a week ago they asked for pictures, which I promptly sent. Haven't heard anything back.
