SMOK TFV16 Lite Replacement Coils

The SMOK TFV16 Lite Replacement Coils are designed for the SMOK TFV16 Lite Sub-Ohm Tank. Each coil features a friction fit o-ring which makes for easy replacement. The primary addition to these coils are the integration of nexMesh which are arguably the best flavor production Mesh Coil variation. Each pack includes three coils and can be found in a Conical Mesh or a Dual Mesh configuration. The Conical Mesh Coil, which features a 0.2 ohm atomizer resistance and a 60 to 85W power range. The 0.15 ohm Dual Mesh Coil which features a wattage range of 60 to 90W. These coils are one of the best cloud and flavor producers in the market segment.

        Didn't receive items, company still has my money.

        I've ordered from VaporDNA since 2017 and in recent months, because of the new restrictions, I've had my orders delivered to a restaurant (a known commercial address). With my last order, for whatever reason, USPS declared a Return to Sender. So, I sent an email to VaporDNA for help in the matter - This was their response, verbatim: "Hi Customer, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately at this point this package would be handled as a return. Reshipment is not an option for packages that have been returned back to our facility. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Sincerely Omar VaporDNA Customer Service Team" Omar didn't even bother to use my name, nice. As someone who deals in customer service - oof, that's appalling. Due to the nature of a "Return to Sender", that should serve as proof I never touched the package and it remains unopened, I should have my money back already. Also, as USPS Priority has a default insurance of $100, that should cover cost of goods + shipping (ie. I should already have my money, again.) VaporDNA, Please work with me, - Sara S. (Order #: 1871811) (I'd love to replace this review with one about these wonderful coils I use regularly.)

        Would love to tell you, but USPS lost my package and VapeDNA won't help locate it or resend my order.

        USPS lost my item and vapedna has terrible customer service. They won't help you try to find the lost package by communicating with the post office and they won't resend the order. Terrible customer service. Forget the fact that I've spent $500 in previous orders this year. The $58 order that was lost just cost you a decent customer. I will not be ordering here again. Bottom line; I paid for something and never received it.
