No Wattage Adjust without Ice

I don't like Icey vapes. Most disposables provide an adjustable level of ice independent from wattage. The SP40K locks ice and wattage - more wattage automatically increases ice. Other than this fault, the device functioned well.

Sadly the vape I ordered was damaged. Upon checking the policy regarding the issue I'm having there's absolutely nothing that can be done. I wasted my money for a vape I couldn't even try. The mouth piece was broken no idea how! The screen was cracked and won't even turn on. The policy states nothing can be done about it sooo I didn't bother reporting the issue.
