Customers praised this mango vape juice for its "good natural mango flavor" and smooth taste. Many said it's their favorite, with one noting "1500-2000 puffs on a Valyrian III coil." However, order fulfillment issues occurred, with some receiving the frozen version instead of regular mango, leading to extended customer service delays.
For the second time in a row, I received the wrong product. I was sent frozen mango and not the regular mango.
I have been dealing with customer service for two weeks and they have still not corrected the problem.
good juice . Thank you !
I have contacted you by email several times since January 12 when I received my shipment. Everything about my order listed the correct vape juice. When I received my order, the wrong juice was included. I received the ”frozen” version of my vape juice.
I expect this mistake to be corrected. I am more than happy to ship back the incorrect juice. I would just like to receive what I paid for.
