We ordered 5 bottles of Grumpy Old Bastard and received 5 bottles of a tropical flavor instead. Emailed them and have yet to hear how they are going to resolve the issue. Going on three weeks.
Grumpy old bastard was shipped satisfactory but..had second item that was out of stock.Company failed to inform me out of stock after I pd.it already. Now having issues with getting credit back.
I was ordered 3 bottles of a product and received 3 bottles of a completely different product. Sent 4 different emails over the span of a week with absolutely no response. I was was not going to leave a one star review as I've used this company many times without issue but this is ridiculous.
