Customers praised this DNA80C device for its "great size, weight" and premium feel with fast USB-C charging and immediate firing. The DNA chip performs reliably with excellent value. However, some experienced quality control issues including battery degradation and 510 connector failure. Panel changes require two different screwdrivers, a minor inconvenience.
Great device! Love the weight to it and the way it feels in the hand. Charges up super fast via usb-c. DNA chip is always a plus, fires immediately on demand. Can’t complain about this one!
So this is an absolutely stunning device, the buttons are really nice, the fact that it came with a smoked set of panels, a couple of nicer tips and the over all quality really set it apart from typical $100 devices. Some thought really went into this thing and it shows all the way down to the small details, but they really should have either used more common screws, or provided a driver for these tiny screws to change the panels, and it takes 2 types. . . kind wierd, not a deal breaker by any means. . . but, about 3 weeks into using it the lipo started taking a dump and won't charge past 2 bars no matter what I do, so here it sits on my desk for when I'm at home, I don't trust taking the battery out of the house. Maybe mine was a one off, it happens for sure, I need to plug it in to the DNA software and see what it says, that being said, shouldn't be happening on a brand new device
Was putting the 510 on hand tight and the metal sleeve pulled out of the Mod in less than a week.
Great size, weight, everything. only negative would be needing 2 different drivers to change the panels. 10/10 value for dollar.
Have spent a fortune on boro mods over the years, from BB to custom. Kinda tired of spending money on something like this so I picked this one up. The battery does last most of the day, and it charges very, very quickly. Fires fast, easy to maintain juice, and fits in the pocket well. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another if needed.
