I’m reaching out regarding my recent purchase and overall experience with your company.
To be upfront, I’m not very satisfied with either the product or the level of customer service I’ve received so far. The coils I received have not been functioning properly, which has made the product essentially unusable. I had previously requested that a replacement—ideally a pack of at least five coils—be sent out to resolve the issue, but that hasn’t been addressed in a way that reflects good customer support.
At this point, I’m pretty frustrated with how things have been handled. I value companies that stand behind their products and take care of their customers when something goes wrong, and that hasn’t been my experience here.
I do plan on leaving a review based on this experience. That said, I’m giving you the opportunity to make this right before I do. If you’re willing to step up and resolve this properly, I’m more than open to updating my feedback to reflect that.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason this is more pricey. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a high end SBS. Its not one I carry around in my pocket its a at home daily. I will take my cheaper mods and scratch them up in my pocket.
