A picky smokers choice

I'm very picky in my flavors. I've tried God only knows how many but this one and 2 others are my favorites.
This juice is crisp and refreshing. Add that ice factor and this juice cannot be beat!

Bottle cap broken

My spouse and I both tried opening the bottle and the safety seal was broken. We push down and twist the cap as normal but it just clicks.
I sent in a request for exchange and have not heard back yet!

Not a lot of flavor

Not much ice which is fine, but it kinda doesn't taste like anything. Which is weird, because most juice lines have too much flavor for me. Wonder if I got a bad bottle.
