My order for this was accepted by their system, yet when it came to shipping it, they actually didn't have it. They canceled out the item and sent the rest. Speaking of shipping... Their fulfillment is not quick. They often push it to the limit of their own timeframe. Once it gets to the shipping partner things do work smoothly. I will continue to use VaporDNA, but I do wish they were a bit more efficient.
