I still have not received my Vapes - it has been 2 weeks since I ordered them. I have talked to customer service and they have been completely unhelpful. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order because this has taken so long and I'd like to get my vapes elsewhere where I know they are actually coming. The customer service person just repeatedly told me to wait...it is still in transit. But it was in LA and then all the sudden tracking said it was in Ohio? I just wanted a refund. I will be writing a negative review unfortunately on all the platforms I can get. I still have not received the vapes and I am not confident that I will ever receive them. Terrible experience.
