It works fine now but when I first received the battery (which I funny enough only purchased because I didn't read on my usual vape site that the battery is not included with all the flavors I bought) it didn't come with instructions and I was confused why it wasn't lighting up as advertised when used though it clearly worked. I've seen before with disposables not working and then they start to work when they fall to the ground (accidentally discovered this because I fall asleep with vapes in my bed because I'll wake up throughout the night to vape but sometimes they fall off my bed to the floor), and that happened with this one as well. I have to say that it was inconvenient the battery and Flavor pod flying away from each other after it happened but upon impact to the ground the light up feature was working perfectly. The only other confusion I have now at this point is I don't understand the decimal numbers since again, my battery had no instructions. I bought Digiflavor disposables before but not in the separate battery/flavor packs like I did this time and I don't think I'll do it again honestly. But! The biggest reason I am giving 4 stars is because it is an absolute nightmare finding vape stores that will ship any products to Utah. My regular vape store has to do a work around for me in order to ship here since I've been a loyal customer long before the ban of shipment to Utah and flavor sales from local vape shops in Utah was finalized. Customer service is a bit difficult to get ahold of too but I might be able to Google my questions.
