Can’t get an answer

I ordered vale juice and pods for my vape juice was great. But they sent the wrong pods I messaged them 3x and still have not received an answer. But they want me to critique them. As far as customer service is they suck. I spent good money on a product I can’t use and they will not respond. Don’t know if they know or care but the customer service sucks. Buyer beware because I still can’t get them to respond!!!!
