Company Updates
We have a dedicated Warehouse Team with protocols in place to maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Our Packing Stations are spaced out at more than 6 feet apart, and gloves and masks are provided to all of our employees. Please keep in mind that our team members hand pick and pack each and every order, so we greatly appreciate your patience during this time.

Store Updates
Our Huntington Beach location is open and assisting customers curbside every day from 11 AM to 7 PM.  
Our Torrance location will be reopening for curbside/walk-up service beginning Wednesday, June 9, 2020, every day from 11 AM to 7 PM. 
Please read through the following guidelines prior to visiting our stores: 
- If you are sick, please stay home. Our website is still shipping out orders and customers can place orders online to be delivered to you with USPS or FedEx. 
- Please wear a mask or facial covering when visiting us. 
- Customers are not allowed in any of our stores at this time. We are strictly offering curbside/walk up service at this time. Public restrooms are not available for customer use. 
- We are only accepting credit card payments at this time. 
- At this time, we are unable to accept any returns. If you have an issue with a product you purchased, please contact the store you purchased the product from or you can contact our online team at customerservice@vapordna.com 
- If there is a line, please be courteous to other customers and practice social distancing guidelines. 
- As a common courtesy to our staff and other customers, we ask that you refrain from vaping when being assisted by our staff. 
If you are unable to reach our stores by phone, you can email them at stores@vapordna.com for item requests. Please be advised that both stores are running on very limited staff. They will respond to your emails as soon as they can. You can email them to request items be sent to the store or to have items set aside. This is a new process we are working on with our store teams. Please be patient with us as we work this into our routine.
FAQ
What extra precautions are being taken when packing my order? 
- Our Warehouse Team is taking many extra steps to ensure they are handling your order as hygienically as possible, including the constant use of hand sanitizers and protective gear. We're also making sure our warehouse and office are thoroughly cleaned every day. 
What is the current processing time for online orders? 
- As of June, our processing time may take up to 5-7 business days. This is from the time your order is placed until it is shipped out. Please note that shipping transit times is in addition to processing time. Some shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Please contact your local postal service or shipping carriers for details. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 
Do you have in-store pick up available? 
- You may request in-store pick up by leaving a note in the comment section prior to check out. You can also email us customerservice@vapordna.com  to request that your order be sent to our store for pick up. If you were charged for shipping, it will be refunded back to the credit card you used to place the order with. You will be contacted via email to confirm when your order will be available for pick up in store.
