When I emailed customer service, I simply asked for a $5 credit. He emailed me back and said processing times can take up to 72 hours before item is shipped. He said I received an email AFTER my purchase which states this policy. I told him I wouldn’t have paid for the expedited shipping had I known that, and again asked for a $5 credit to my vapordna account. He again refused. So, I found another website that sells the same ejuices for HALF the cost and they ship out the SAME day you order them. VaporDNA lost a customer over $5. It’s not even the money that caused me to changes companies, it’s the principal of it all. Peace...
United States United States United StatesIt's not even close, i first had Cucumber Watermelon and was honestly my favorite e-liquid ever, if places didn't carry it i obviously got something similar but was disappointed, then I tried their Mango Lime, wow 5 stars too, the Sour Apple is god but not close to the other 2, thats my 2 that ill purchase and be happy regardless
