I find a small pool of liquid below the pod every now and again while using, but can turn the wattage down to fix/minimize the occurrence.

Overall, this Nord is very solid, and a great option for low-medium consumption. I'm not a diehard vaper, but I do like hitting a vape once in a while when playing videogames. From the Nord collection I think this is is the best one. Here is a quick review after a month of use: Build: ★★★★★ - Very sturdy, fingerprints barely visible, airflow adjustable, LED display shows necessary stuff, puff count DOESN'T reset when removing tank. Tank: ★★★☆☆ - I have to fill the tank every 1.5 - 2 days. Yes the tank is small. If you are a heavy user, you will probably fill the tank everyday. Flavor: ★★★★☆ - I've had other bigger mods that give a better flavor, but for 30 bucks this mod provides a great flavor depending on the liquid of course. Smoke: ★★★★☆ -Plenti smok Battery: ★★★★★ - As I said, not a pro vaper, I hit maybe once or twice every hour, so for me, the 1800mAh battery is very noticeable, full charge lasts me about 4-5 days. Charging: ★★★☆☆ - It's really cool that it has a USB-C charging port and it comes with a cable, but the input is still 5V-1.2a. It took about 3-4 to completely charge from 0% to 100%.
United StatesStick with the Original Smok Nord
First of all I am a MTL vaper. I have always used the 1.4reg nord coils and vape at 10w. So here we go.. Every since day one this 50w Smok Nord has been a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT in every way. I had the 15w Original Smok Nord before this and it was awesome. The device was a very quiet, simple and smooth vape. It delivered great flavor without any spit back or gurgling and the battery and the juice would last a long time in the simple little Smok Nord. Then one day I regrettably lost my beloved 15w Smok Nord so I thought I would try this fancy Smok Nord 50w with adjustable air flow and a screen ( BIG MISTAKE ) Straight out of the box from day one it has gurgling, spit back does NOT have a smooth draw. It goes through juice way to fast and has inconsistent flavor, inconsistent draw inconsistent battery life and when the device shows to be at half battery life or to have half a charge it will not work properly and you must plug into a charger (what is the other half of the battery life doing?- just running the side screen ???) My original beloved 15w Smok Nord beat this 50w S#!t in every way imaginable. (It was simple and small but MIGHTY in every way. .. Please don't waste your money on this device. Sometimes the best things in life are the simple things.. I am going to stock up on the original Smok Nords before they are no longer available. By the way I was also an innokin zenith fan until the coils got to where they would only last one to three days which is ridiculous if you are a MTL vapor and always prime coils and vape at a lowv 9-10watts on 1.6 coil (is there no quality control? ) So I gave up innokin and went back to original smok before that I was a Kanger fan, those were the good old days. I wish Kanger would come up with something great again because they were great at one time. Years ago it was my first really good vape kit, then they went down hill.. I just got lucky in the beginning when I first got started vaping and been chasing a good replacement for Kanger every since. Any suggestions?

It performs and looks much better than the previous model. Being able to see the juice level and adjust the airflow is a big selling point. The new leather covers look great as well. You do deal with some leakage when then tank starts to empty but I think that’s normal for pods and tanks. The leakage is definitely not as bad the previous model. Overall, my new favorite daily vape.
